At the Wayne County SCOPE Meeting on February 10th, 2026, we heard from George Dobbins.  George Dobbins is running for New York State Assembly District 130 as the candidate for the Conservative and Republican Party.

Attached is a photo of Wayne County SCOPE Chairman Roy G. Franks and NYS Assembly District 130 Conservative and Republican Candidate George Dobbins.

We also heard from Scott Buisch from the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association. He is seeking a position on their Board of Directors.

WCS is a member of a statewide organization dedicated to preserving our Civil & Constitutional Rights as stated in the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment and Article 2, Section 4 of the New York Civil Rights Law.
